Here's how to get started evaluating AyaNova.  Contact Us at any time to discuss your needs in more detail and ask questions. 

1. Read more about AyaNova on their website at ayanova.com.

2. Download the AyaNova v4.x setup file.  Install it and try it out with the sample database on your own systems first.  Don't worry about the WBI or MBI parts yet!

3. Try the WBI (Web Browser Interface) here.  This is the how your team can manage workorders and how your customers submit requests through the Internet, no software required.  You may also wish to try the MBI (Mobile Browser Interface). 

4. Check out the AyaNovaPanel.  This is a private Panel your company will have to manage various parts of the AyaNova hosted system.  You can do backups and access other tools that we have developed for your convenience.  There is a configuration file here that will help you connect the client software to the hosted database via the AyaNova Data Portal conduit.

5. Contact us to get your hosted AyaNova trial account set up.  We can install a 30-day trial license key which will allow you to fully explore all of the features of the system and we can help you customize it to your company's needs.

6. When you're ready to buy, if you haven't already purchased your licenses, buy your licenses here and Contact Us to finalize your account.  See our AyaNova - Rates, Services and Add-Ons page for more information about the hosting fees, managed service option and other services.

7. We will help you evaluate your configuration, brand it with your logo, and integrate it with a link and subdomain from your website all as part of our Base Package.
